We have over 18 years of experience, and after being a significant part of a few multi-million dollar companies we knew something had to change. Interview on phone led to believe costs at $75 for assessment adjustment of heads. $34. 50 per head replacement. Thought total would be $ 200 paid $350. Bait and switch. Just does not feel right.

"Hi Harry, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry that your expectations were not met with the pricing. Over the phone, you were given base pricing because we do not diagnose issues without first troubleshooting. We found several heads broken including the one you tripped over, along with several heads that were leaning over. We presented all pricing upfront before we did any of the work. Had you chose not to do any of the work, then it would have been well under the $200 you expected before our arrival. Had we had any inclination of your expected budget we would have treated only the most severe of the issues. Once again."
