The owner answered when I called right away and was both friendly and professional. The service person who came to preform the repairs was professional and knowledgeable. I chose this company based on reviews on Angie's list and was not disappointed. We should have called many years ago, but I think we will be set from here on out. I will definitely be calling Tempicure again should any other Heating or A/C needs present themselves. We used a $15 dollar coupon we had received from them in the mail. The price was very reasonable for the service performed and the company trustworthy.

I have found the owner always honest. He doesn’t try to sell me something that I don’t need. He comes when I need him. His price is very fair. He is reliable. It’s a good company. I never had any issue with them. I would absolutely keep using them in the future.

He put in a zoning system and an additional thermostat, and he drilled a hole in the wall to do that. He also cut a wire with a drill bit and we did not know about it. We used them because they did the installation of the unit. I highly recommend him. He is very thorough and is able to solve problems that other people could not. We had a problem with a blocked drain because we have 2 units and it was blocked. He was very good at problem solving and he knew exactly what to do and what he did do worked perfectly. It was relatively inexpensive once we knew what was going on. We have used them for several jobs and we had them do 2 major jobs for us. They changed the zoning unit and also replaced the 2 router fan units. I have been happy with every one of the jobs and I feel that the price is worth the work done. He is very conscientious and responsive and they usually come within the next day and sometimes in that same day. They are professional and are careful to keep the house from getting dirty.

Perfect. Patrick and his crew did above and beyond what was planned. I had gotten a second estimate for the job and was quoted less but I liked Patrick better. He even met the quote from the other company.

THE COMPANY ATTEMPTED TO SEAL A DRAIN FOR US BY PUTTING A PVC PIPE ON THE DRAIN. LATER THAT NIGHT, I NOTICED THAT THERE WAS WATER ALL OVER. WHAT WE ENDED UP FINDING OUT WAS THAT THE COMPANY HAD CRACKED THE PIPE WHEN SEALING THE DRAIN. WE HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX THIS.

"Approximately 4 days after service was rendered, we responded to this call in 1 hour, concerning water leaking. Upon inspection, our work was found to be intact. In our opinion, we found that the plumbing pipe inside the wall had come loose and/or had fallen apart, but could not been seen. We informed customer that they would need a plumber to fix this problem. We could not offer further assistance, except to talk to the plumber when he arrived. Attempts to communicate with plumber and homeowner were unsuccessful. Upon reviewing plumber's invoice, we determined that repairs were made to 2" or 1.5" plumbing vent pipe, which was no longer sealed. We cannot be responsible for plumbing falling apart inside a wall. We will only stand behind installations of parts and equipment that we install. Granted the pipe may have come loose when we touched it, but not to our knowledge, and properly installed pvc pipe should not fall apart ever! This is an unfortunate situation for the homeowner, and in our opinion the plumber's invoice reflects an excessive repair cost. But we will not stand responsible for poorly constructed homes or craftsmanship found to be at low standard. Patrick Eady, owner"

My A/C had never worked right despite repeated visits from the builder and their HVAC contractor. I had 3 firms quote the work. Tempicure's quote was clear and detailed, and less expensive than the other quotes (3x cheaper than one of them!). I am an engineer by training, so I had detailed discussions with all three firms. Tempicure had logical reasons for everything in their quote and made me feel comfortable they knew what they were talking about. They showed why I didn't need larger systems (which is what I thought I needed and which the other firms said I needed). Once I accepted Tempicure's bid they started work quickly. They were clean and careful about my house (a big deal when dragging stuff into the attic). Their work was done on time, on budget, and it works great. In addition, Pat was a pleasure to work with on the job. Highly recommended!

We've used this company a lot in the past and they've always been quite punctual and fair in price. We had an air conditioner installed and it was $1,000 a few years back. The most recent dealings we had with them was a fan replacement, which was $300. They were knowledgeable and worked fast with little confusion in the household.

We had the same air system in our home for decades; it was time to get something new. Tempicure suggested a model, which we purchased. The whole system was redone, and they fixed up the ductwork too. We were amazed how fast all of this went in. The entire project took less then one and a half days, and the place was spotless afterwards.

The fan in the air conditioner stopped working. At first, it was just intermittently, but then it completely stopped. Tempicure replaced the fan and all the wiring between the fan and the cooling unit. The technician was very nice and explained everything to us. It took two hours, and he cleaned up and took the old parts with him.

GEORGE HAS BEEN SERVICING OUR A/C UNITS FOR MANY YEARS. HE IS RESPONSIVE TO CALLS AND ARRIVES WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL. HE CALLS JUST BEFORE COMING. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
