Everything went great....from my first phone call to get an estimate to the completion of the installation. Paul said he would call me back with an estimate within the hour, which he did. The price he quoted me was very reasonable and that he could do it the next day. I said great...schedule me for the work. The next morning Nation and his apprentice Justice arrived at my home and began to work. Nation is the most professional, knowledgeable and meticulous electrical contractor I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The job was completed in less than three hours. We now have hot water. I couldn't be happier...from the initial phone call, to the work to the payment of the bill. This is a great company to do business with and I highly recommend them...you won't be disappointed.

Great! They provided great guidance from my first phone call. They were careful about the placement of equipment and were very professional and efficient.

We continue to get good service from RPD.  We started using them in 2008 and appreciate the high level of customer service and personal attention we always receive. On the outdoor kitchen project,  RPD met with us several times before the project started to discuss our specific requirements.  We also modified the design during the project and RPD was very accommodating to our requests without requesting any change order fees.  They've always been available for questions and are very dependable.

I guess I was pleased. The service was good. The people were very nice. I was not very happy with the price it was a little high. I do not know much about this kind of thing. I am just glad that I got the service done and over with. Even if the pricing was a little high, they were here right away. I was treated with a lot of respect. I was very thankful for that.
