It went excellent. It was a fast service and they have very friendly people. Their car was really clean. I would recommend them and they were great.

I do not know what happened here given that after my previous visit to Philpott I had nothing good to say. This time it was as if a different business had opened up! This could not have been better. I had bought my Hyundai for the extensive warranty, but as everyone knows a warranty is only as good as the company behind it and their service centers. Well, when my engine light came on a few weeks ago. I had a sinking feeling that I was going under with this vehicle. A quick check of my owner's manual told me that the light had to do with the emissions system and that I could drive the car but should get it into service as soon as possible. I called Philpott and they gave me an appointment first thing the next morning. I took the car in and they were the picture of courtesy. They gave me a ride back to work, then called me a few hours later to tell me my car was ready. The problem was an electronic control module (ECM) and they had them in stock. Then they picked me up and took me back to the dealership. I have total satisfaction now and feel much more confident about my decision to buy the car. I have had it now for almost two years and it has given me very little trouble. This was the first "major" issue and it was taken care of with a minimum of hassle for me.

I own a 2012 Hyundai Sante Fe. I bought this car because I liked the looks, performance and price--but most of all I liked the 5-year bumper-to-bumper warranty and there's the rub. A warranty is only as good as the service department of your dealership and although this review is not about a warranty repair, it speaks to the near complete incompetence of the service department of this establishment.
My wife took the car in an was there when they opened. This was just to get a simple oil change and tire rotation. We took it to the dealer (our bad) because we thought that they would be best to do ANYTHING to the car. Well, she sat for six hours waiting for them to do a 30 minute service. This is just pathetic.
To add insult to injury, they told her that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced. BAZINGA! I replaced that filter a month before and since it's service life is 12 months there is NO WAY that the filter could have needed replaced. They simply figured that since it had not been replaced, according to their records, since the car was purchased that it needed replaced. Of course, they did not check it.
I am just very unhappy with these folks and very worried should I actually need warranty service at some point--thank god the car has been running and performing well.

The salesman was so down to earth, and not pushy, and every time he told me about the maintenance was true. When we brought the truck they gave us a deal for servicing.

They are very friendly and thorough in their assessment. I recommend them to friends, family and will use them again in the future.

The last time I was there, they look at a question I had with my engine. They are fast, friendly, and offer a rewards program for frequent users. I am very pleased with the services they offer, especially when I can use the rewards card for a discount. I plan to continue using this service in the future.
