The plumber failed to show at his scheduled time. This was a rescheduled due to weather and other emergencies taking priority. We just knew we would be a higher priority second time around. This was not the case, but management did eventually apologize for their failure to fulfill their commitment to us. Recommend revamping scheduling process and keep promises to all valued customers.

The technician that came to our house was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough.  This is the second time we have used Jim Snell Plumbing to replace our hot water heater.  Their price was less than all the others we priced, and their service, and technician were outstanding.  We will be using Jim Snell Plumbing for any plumbing needs we may have in the future.  Everyone that we talked to from the person who answered the phone, to the person who scheduled the work, to the technician were helpful and friendly.  Outstanding service.
