They were the third plumbers I had out and the only ones that were able to correctly diagnose the problem. When replacing the old cast iron pipes inside the kitchen wall they were careful and did not leave a mess. Professional, good service, and friendly.

Seth was great, he fixed the dripping faucet in about 20 minutes. Turned out a valve just needed to be tightened. He replaced both flappers in the toilets and they no longer leak out water. Very knowledgeable but VERY overpriced. The only products needed for this fix were 2 rubber flappers that couldn't have costed more than $20. He was only at the house for about 40 minutes replacing them and tightening a valve. GREAT service, but paid too much.

You called yesterday morning, we messaged via text, my timeline of the day, I informed you of a time slot that I could fit you in and arrived within that time frame. Same day service and constant communication to me would seem as responsiveness, but I can appreciate your opinion. As for pricing, we charge 150 for a basic service call plus parts. We were at your house for 40 minutes but also had to leave and go to a local supply house. Also, your job was the only job I had in that area meaning, total time my company spent with you as our only focus was closer to 2 hours. We appreciate your honest review and pride ourselves on taking all compliments and criticism as way to grow and get better at what we do! Thank you for taking the time to review us!"

Seth had to cut into one of my walls to get to the back of the faucet. He came prepared. He had brought what is called an access panel that he installed when he was done making the repairs. I had to have my front bathroom done a few years back and the plumber just left a hole in my wall. Now I am on my way to the local Home Depot to purchase an access panel for the hole in my grand daughter bedroom. Will definitely use Seth again.

Great! Seth started looking and found out two lines needed to be cleaned out, found a broken flange due to a root problem and alerted me to a few other house problems that need to be addressed before we have bigger problems. I spoke over the phone with Seth from Ecoworks and he said the charge would be $175 to clear the main drain line. Then when he went to the property. He started adding charges for every little thing that should have been included. We finally agreed on the price of $300. Then after he was done he said it would be $350 cause it was more work than he thought. Well that's not my fault but I reluctantly paid it. Two days later I was having the same problem. I called and texted several times with no response. It was easy to reach him before he received the money. Now I'm out of $350 and I have to find another plumber.

"Yes as you said we agreed on 175 for a mainline stoppage with a clean out. Then, you had a toilet that was so full of poop that it couldn't flush and 2 other stoppages. I stayed on the phone with you explaining and getting your approval of the additional charges. After completing the job I informed you that you had a broken line or some grade issues that might need repairing if the problem persisted. I informed you that I would call you when I got back in town and by the time I got back my schedule was full."

Seth was great...He stuck to his bid and did all that was asked of him even though he was spread thin in our area after hurricane Harvey...His employees were great guys that take pride in their work which made the whole project a great experience...Seth also found my father in laws wedding band he lost 20 years ago down the drain and promptly returned it to him...Very honest young man. EcoWorks did a great job for us and when I need a plumber i will call them for sure...

It went very well. They came out after what I would consider normal business hours, which was obviously important to me to get my water restored. They found the problem immediately and after obtaining parts, fixed it in approx 10 minutes. They were friendly and didn't seem to mind working in freezing temps.
