Bubba's Air Conditioning Svc

Bubba & his team did a great job of replacing my previous system ruined in a recent house fire including total replacement of the duct system. Their work was done on time & within the budget dollars promised in spite of a few unexpected hiccups along the way. I've used Bubba's even previously to this & always find them to be courteous & always explain what they find & what they did to correct any problem they may find. I've even had them come out & because the fix was so insignificant, not charge me at all! You can't go wrong by picking these folks to take care of your home or business a/c needs.

Installed new ac/heat unit and replaced all ductwork in 2012, well in October of 2014, I was trying to program the thermostat and pushed the wrong buttons. The a/c would not come on so I called Bubba's and they came out and did some trouble shooting and found the thermostat settings messed up. They reset everything and didn't charge me anything.

They came out and told us we had two problems. One is that the fan on the A/C is constantly running which was pulling more humidity into the home. He also said that we could get a vent fan for the steam in the bathroom. He did not charge us for this service call, and at this time I will be using him again for another project.

BubbIWe had water leaking out of our bathroom and hall wall. We thought that it was from the a/c unit in the attic. We had another company come out on Monday and the guys said that the line was clogged and that they would either came later that day or the next day to fix it. They never came or called so we called and told them not to bother. We got their name from our church bulletin and did no research on Angie's List, BIG MISTAKE. Then we found all the great reviews that Bubba's a/c company got at Angie's List and we called. The entire experience was different with this company. From the first contact with the lady answering the phone it was a great experience. They couldn't come out that day but the next morning at 9:20 am Willie was there. Professional and very nice. He saw the water and went up to the attic and thoroughly checked the unit and all the connections. He cleaned the evaporation coil and informed us that the leak was a result of a pipe or drainage problem but not a/c related. We called the plumbers and we got it fixed. This company is what one is looking for as a customer: integrity, dedication, honesty.
