Spoke to Mike shortly after 8am to schedule visit for a leaking pipe. He stated he would send next available man. Called him at 1pm and he said he would be there after this job. Called him at 4pm, told him I understood if he was too busy, just let me know as we have no water. No call back. Never came.

Everything went fine. Unfortunately, the plugged drain pipe happened on Thanksgiving Day. Michael was out of town with family and didn't get our call until Friday, November 29, 2013. However, when we called him first thing this morning, he was on his way to his office to check messages. He knew that we would only be home this morning and probably gone the rest of the day. He arrived at about 10:30 and the problem was resolved in a matter of minutes. He even cleaned up the water in the cabinet and on the floor.
