"If a mistake is made or there is an issue, a business can only address it if you communicate that to them. It seems you did once and we responded to and corrected the issue. Please tell us what the other issue is so that we can address it."
"This is written as though we roofed this house and it leaked. He states we replaced the roof. That is not so. This was a repair on a roof we did not install. If a customer has any issues we are happy to come back and fulfill our commitment. See next review statements from same customer."
They fixed the leak on my roof in 2012 but they did not nailed back roof tiles properly and 2 years after that they slipped over during the storm. I had a major leak after that and had to repair it again and paint the ceiling below. I have hired another company to fix it for the second time and they did it for the fraction of the price Schulte charged the first time. When I contacted them they told me that warranty was for only 1 year and that I should have contacted them before. I would never hire them again. They overprice their services and are nice and polite only if you do not complain about their job.
"It is unfortunate that this customer is disgruntled. We honored our work for the stated time of commitment. We would like to note the following: 1) work was done in 2012, warranty was for 1 year, and complaint was made 4yrs later in 2016 2) this was a repair we did on an older roof and not on a roof we installed. When the repair was done the one year warranty was specified. Additionally, older roofs that have had repairs will continue to need repairs periodically until it is replaced. 3) We were not notified of any problem and given an opportunity to look at the roof before the complaint was made. A lot of things change in 4yrs that can affect a roof or it's performance such as movement or settlement, other trades work, high winds/bad weather, debris build up, etc...."
