Our experience with Gessner A/C was great.
Our A/C unit broke down on a Friday in August in 100 degree weather. Gessner A/C?s technician drove out to College Station to look at it within forty-five minutes of us calling. Ross performed a thorough inspection of the whole system, even going into our 130 degree attic, in order to give us an accurate quote.
He was very upfront and gave us plenty of information on what needed to be replaced, as well as what parts wouldn?t need to be replaced if we didn?t want to spend as much money.
He provided quotes for all the different options, with the ability to install it the next day: a Saturday!
