ANDRUS SMALL ENGINE REPAIR

I called Mr. Andrus about bringing the Mini Bike to him for repair. the bike had very few riding hours on it and was still under warranty. We set up a time to meet at his shop. I work full time so it needed to be in the evening or on the weekend. Mr. Andrus was very accommodating. I went to the shop and explained what the bike was doing. He asked me to call the manufacturer about a possible recall on the bike as well while he had it and would make the necessary repairs. The problem was with the clutch and no other repairs were needed. No recall problems. The bike manufacturer even called him to see if the bike was abused in any way. I have a Downs Syndrome stepson who the bike was given to for a Christmas present. He rides with caution, no abuse here. Mr. Andrus agreed there was no abuse and explained it so to the manufacturer. When the bike was finished we set up another time to meet so I could pick up the bike. Mr. Andrus had me ride the bike to agree it was properly repaired to my satisfaction. The bike ran great, like new again. He helped load it and tied it down for me. There was a problem with the seat (my fault) and Mr. Andrus helped me out with another he had on hand. This was very helpful. I wasn't sure where or when I could get another seat. Mr. Andrus was professional, courteous, prompt, and efficient. Sometimes you don't get all these in one package. I am very satisfied and would use him again if needed.
