This job was a pressure gas piping test with permit since the house was vacant for more than 6 months, Ivan the technician does not have enough experience to know what the inspector will be looking for during the inspection, it took 9 days to pass inspection, no gas and people already had already moved in, the price charged was too high.

My initial visit using the “ Tex’s Pro Plan” was wonderful. Jayden and Shawn were on time, polite, and explained exactly what they would be doing for us during their appointment. I had several detailed questions and Jayden took time to explain in detail so I could understand. I feel confident that the work they did and the estimates for future work that we need done on our 30 year old house are reasonable and fair. I appreciate the crew and their dedication to the work and compassion for their clients. This is not your average plumbing company.

They didn't explain the charges until after the work was done the charges on the invoice was lot more didn't turn breaker on to hot water we had to do it left silicone on the faucet and sink had to ask them to clean it off said he couldn't do the hot water heater same day would have to come back explained the hot water heater had to be uncovered was not easy didn't explain hot water heater flushing was extra will not use again.They cracked my counter top had silicone on it to.
