Texarkana Fence

I was told a time line of 6 to 8 weeks with a 50% deposit. After 12 weeks we started calling for updates. Calls were rarely returned and when they were we were given misinformation or just flat out lied to. It was the end of week 19 before the project was done and they still had to come back out to finish issues. Absolutely no communication within the company or with the client. I would not recommend this company. I would consider this company to be a high risk to deal with. If it were not for a family member who was a personal friend to the company intervening on our behalf I am sure we would still be waiting for our fence. I gave the cost a 1 star due to all the stress and frustration we had to deal with was not worth the money.

overall it went very well. this co. has an great crew, they work smart , fast, , and great craftmanship. the fence we recieved was much nicer than we expected. that's always a great thing to be able to say.
do tell the forman on your job if you see something you don't like. these people will do whatever it takes to make you happy.
we had our fence built during the rainy season, so there were delays, but not this co.'s fault. when it dried out, they were back.
to sum it it up , great co. , great crew, great fence. we are very happy.
we would tell our friends , and family to hire Texarkana Fence. if you need a fence call them , you'll be glad you did.

I had a great experience with this company. Called for an estimate and Keith came out that afternoon. He explained everything I had questions about and the estimate was fair. The fence was installed quickly. Customer service was superb. I highly recommend Texarkana Fence and Access Control.
