"Unfortunately this member feels like she can cuss evey associate of our company both in our store and on our associates personal time as well. We were accomodating as long as we could be, but eventually had to make the hard decision that it was better not to do business with her at all, because of the way she treats our associates. Possibly she had past experiences that led her to be this harsh in character and language, and try as we did, being nice, professional, and responsive was never good enough. All of our assocaites would literally run when they saw her coming. Some people mistake our kindness and generosity for weakness, we believe she is one of these people. This is not the outcome we ever wish for, but she backed us into a corner and forced us to make a choice to protect the integrity of our associates or do business on her terms of demeaning everyone she comes in contact with. We are all human beings and deserve the courtesy of the same basic respect we show to others. Unfortunately this level of mutual respect could not be attained and we chose part company. We are a 46 year old business with ownership that was born here, lives here, and does business here. We do not take these matters lightly and are regrettful that this relationship ended this way."
