I was out of the area and she was able to email me back and forth, in
order to help us find the right place. My wife and dad flew in to meet
with her, and she showed them a few properties, one of which may have
had foundation issues. Overall she was great. We shouldnt have been shown a property that had obvious issues like that, but I have a feeling she didnt know about the issue. So, over all we were satisfied with our experience. I think it could have been a little better, but I know it could have been a whole lot worse. I would use Tracy as an Agent again in the future.

Tracy Spradlin of Impact Realty was our agent in purchasing our very first home. Her knowledge of the house we look at, the area were looking in, and the price grange was excellent. She was always ready to answer questions, no matter how silly, calm nerves, and celebrate with us. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or lease a home.
