 + -1 moreIt went very smooth and fast. The only problem was I had to pay cash for parts up front, but I just went to a near by ATM.
Description of Work: I had a leak coming from the bottom of my toilet. I called, and with in 30 minutes someone was at my door. He came inside assessed the problem, and went to get parts. He came back and fixed the problem. From the time I called this whole process took less than an hour and a half Thats including him driving to my house, going to lowes to get parts, and driving back to my house. Which is at least a 10 minute drive from lowes).

 + -1 moreThe Universal Home Services repairman arrived on time for the scheduled repair. He was very professional explaining the job repair to me and upon completion he cleaned up very well behind himself inside the house. When he powerwashed the outside of my house and the driveway he took great care not to damage the plants I had planted against the house. I was so impressed with his work overall. Since the repair everything has been just fine. Their price was very reasonable. I will use them again.
Description of Work: I had Universal Home Services remove an old kitchen faucet and replaced it with a new kitchen faucet, also they removed 2 old commodes and installed a new ones, and I had them power wash the outside of my house and driveway.
