The refrigerator came the next day. They did significant damage to the hardwood floor. I went to Lowe's and they are trying to pawn me off on the delivery service they are contracted with. I am not getting good results so far.
The floors are going to cost $2100 to fix. I had the delivery manager come out and he offered me a $100 gift card! I made him an offer that I would split the cost to fix the floor with him.
Lowe's are not taking any responsiblity for this. The assistant manager told me I needed to settle this with the Delivery company. I didn't hire the delivery company, I hired Lowe's and they contracted that out.
