 + -1 more.Toby Banks provided the repair to our newly-bought home along with a helper. He left the house repaired without any tale-tale sign that a repair was done. I will hire him to repair a few more places I found, like the bottom of the shutters falling apart and replacing the base of the pillars that were whacked with a stringed trimmer.
Description of Work: Toby Banks, owner of Remodeling & Home Repair Service, charged $17 per man hour and corrected all that the home inspector said to correct. One was to replace the rotten board right under the roof shingles. He also did other jobs that were not on the inspector's list: he added a door to close off the toilet in two bathrooms. The door knob matched the colors in each of the bathrooms.
