.Toby Banks provided the repair to our newly-bought home along with a helper. He left the house repaired without any tale-tale sign that a repair was done. I will hire him to repair a few more places I found, like the bottom of the shutters falling apart and replacing the base of the pillars that were whacked with a stringed trimmer.
