He is great. He is professional and friendly. He does in a timely manner, and gets the job done quickly. He diagnosed it and fixed the problem right away. He was very reasonable.

He requested a down payment of 1/2 the cost and since we trusted him, I gave it to him. He didn't show up when he said, we called and called and got promises for "next day", then more excuses as to why he couldn't come, all this time, no air conditioning. He quit answering call, we left many messages. We finally left a message that we wanted out down payment back or we would contact a lawyer. He did return the down payment. Very unprofessional.
