It was a very bad experience. Frank came highly recommended to us. Frank installed patio doors for us as well as ceramic tile. Both experiences were satisfactory other than he was very slow. Frank also made cabinets for our bedroom but hung them before they were finished. The cabinets and trim were left uncaulked and barely painted. In some cases, there was only primer. He was given the chance to finish the work upon which we had agreed but refused to finish the job, claiming the cabinets looked good and painting was a state of perception. I have been left with half-finished cabinets and do not have the time or energy to finish them myself. Plus, I am an not a professional painter. I have photographs to back up my claim.
Description of Work: Frank installed patio doors, a ceramic floor, and was hired to make bookcases/cabinets for our bedroom.
