His attorney sent harassing letters monthly for a few years, threatening to sue in court, during which he himself, kept calling me in an attempt to get more money. After reading this he will probably start again.

Job started in late May finished late July. Contractor very demanding about payment when job was not finished, unorganized, unprofessional, workers very good and pleasant. The job was completed to the contractors satisfaction, leaving several items unfinished. Not able to completely verify work, payment much higher than expected. Will never use again for anything.

The contractor gave me an estimate that was very general in nature. the work was not completed in a professional manner and the cost for the work that was completed by the contractor was excessive. I was extremely satisfied with the sub contractor's roof work. After his last invoice before the entire project was complete I told him he was finished, as far as I was concerned.
