Very honest and straight forward. In contact with the owner through a direct number on the night of the accident to facilitate towing to the shop. Helped find cost saving options prior to doing the repairs. Actual cost was under the repair estimate. Detailed invoice of costs for parts and labor. Clean shop and returned the car nice and clean inside and out. The owner is onsite and courteous. I would return to their business without hesitation. Car was even ready a few days earlier than we expected.
