My son's 10 year old car began running extremely rough while he was driving home in Nacogdoches. We live in Austin, so making a choice about car repair was difficult since all our trusted mechanics are in Austin. After an initial conversation with me, Rick at Boatman's talked to our son and determined that the car could be driven, rather than towed, to the shop. The repair was completed quickly, cost less than the original estimate, and the car is running great now! I was particularly impressed that they didn't try to inflate the bill by recommending unrelated and unnecessary services. The communication and customer service were also impressive.
