Description of Work: Company was paid up front for services not completed. They refused to complete work at the very end unless they received more money outside of what was originally agreed upon. Their foreman on the job stuffed trash in the chimney (filling the house with smoke on first use) and urinated all over the children's bathroom toilet and floor. We still do not have our plumbing completed (only one toilet - sink- and shower working for a family of 5). We also still have our electrical work incomplete and there are live wires hanging in multiple places.

+ 1 moreWe were interested in having a master suite added to our house. Lynn came out and met with us, looked at the area, took photos, etc. He told us he would have a drawing to us within 2 weeks. We didn't hear anything from him for about a month despite several attempts. He finally got back to my husband saying he had some medical issues, which we completely understood and empathized with. He sent us a drawing and budget that we approved and we were ready to get started, but he fell off the face of the earth again. My husband and I had called and emailed him several times within a 5 week period with absolutely no response from him at all. We finally sent him 1 last email expressing our disappointment in his professionalism and complete lack of concern for our time and interest. So now here we are 3 months later starting back at square 1. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
