We were interested in having a master suite added to our house. Lynn came out and met with us, looked at the area, took photos, etc. He told us he would have a drawing to us within 2 weeks. We didn't hear anything from him for about a month despite several attempts. He finally got back to my husband saying he had some medical issues, which we completely understood and empathized with. He sent us a drawing and budget that we approved and we were ready to get started, but he fell off the face of the earth again. My husband and I had called and emailed him several times within a 5 week period with absolutely no response from him at all. We finally sent him 1 last email expressing our disappointment in his professionalism and complete lack of concern for our time and interest. So now here we are 3 months later starting back at square 1. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
