Paul Ito seemed very thorough. He went from under the house to on top of the roof and everywhere in between. He checked all appliances, available outlets, doors, windows, etc. The caveat is this was my first home inspection, so it seemed good to me at least. Had read that sometimes inspectors don't check fireplaces, get under house, or on roof, but Paul did all.
He was also kind of enough to explain what he was looking for in different areas and answer my many novice questions without being condescending. At the end, he reviewed his overall report with me. His report was emailed to me very quickly afterward; looked professional, lot of pictures and easy to read and understand.
