We have used Tim multiple times. Each time he does a great job. He is personable, punctual and is they type of guy that you'd like to work with. It's important to note that he is willing to come to your home for any repairs.

Tim arrived on time and conducted himself in a very professional manner . He is easy to talk to when you are explaining what you need done . My wife's PC is now running much better with all the non useful stuff removed from the machine . The added bonus was getting the old scanner we have back online .
