Awesome Floors

The sales experience and installation were excellent! Not knowing anything about flooring, I relied heavily on the advice of the salesperson who steered me towards exactly what I wanted for durability, look and price. The installation was very timely and the crew did a superb job addressing all the details to make my new floors look and feel great under foot! 
I am looking at replacing some aging carper in my bedrooms later this year and these guys will be my very first call and visit!

The company was very responsive and accommodating. Both Wendy and Max spent a lot of time with us in the showroom showing us different options, explaining the pros and cons for each, and the pricing. We got a free home estimate and samples very quickly. Once the work was scheduled, Max called to say he had an opening and was able to come out a couple days sooner than originally thought. 
During the project Max stopped in frequently to check the progress, and made extra in-person visits when we had questions or concerns.  It was a large project but the work was done quickly. The only delay was waiting for the leveling concrete to dry. It took longer than expected due to humidity from a heavy rain. Max also did a final walk-through inspection with us after completion, asking for both positive and negative feedback to make sure we were happy with the results.  He called the next day to offer a complimentary maid service because the removal of our old flooring created a huge amount of dust on every surface of our home and furniture. The person he sent was friendly, thorough, and efficient. 
I found one problem spot after the project was done and emailed the company with a picture. I didn't get a response quite as soon for that issue, but once Max had an opening he came out and quickly repaired the spot and also checked over the rest of the floor for good measure.
After talking with family and neighbors I feel we got a tremendous value for the price. Max and Wendy both gave a great personal level of service. The crew was efficient and professional. My only complaint is that  at one point both of our bathrooms were blocked off and I didn't have access when I needed it.  Overall I am very happy with our experience and results and definitely recommend Awesome Floors.
