Someone working with my neighbor came and gave us some advice. The worker sent his boss and he came 2-3 times and he was very eager to ask about out insurance. He said the insurance would pay and he would tell the insurance company it was water damage. We paid 50% of the project, $675 and we have that signed on the contract. No one has come over to put the tiles in. No one picks up the phone or replies to the email. I paid the 1st of July. We misplaced the business card, we called in November. He hung up on me when I asked when he can come and finished the job. We called again and around Christmas and he said he would be here around Jan. 15th because he was out of town.  But we haven’t heard from him since.

"I just so happened to see this Thank goodness. As hard as I tried to work with this customer. I returned the 675. after I saw we could not work together. This person has anger issue's and went off on myself and his wife on several times. At that point I decided to part ways. I'm sorry he the need to post Lies about myself and my company. We've been in business since 1998 in the Plano area. I met this man because we were doing a 130k remodel next door with no problems. So him saying I couldn't be reached is crazy I was next door. To talk to me all he had to do is walk 50 ft."
