Heating and Air Conditioning Service
They installed a natural gas furnace and did not convert it to propane, which caused us to go without heat most of the winter. I got very sick as a result of this. The service man got real snippy and hateful with us and never did solve the problem. As he was working on our air conditioner I asked him how long he had to train on the new energy efficient units and he replied, "I'm training now."
