I was very pleased with my rep from Lowes--Jan in Kitchen/Countertop dept. She was very helpful in the decisionmaking process and stayed with me during the entire process. The people at Irving Countertop were all excellent. I was concerned because I had no choice of the slabs used, and was told that it would not look exactly like the sample piece. I was told that I could go there and refuse the ones tagged for me, but I couldn't choose my slabs at this price. The owner told me there was not a piece out there that he wouldn't have in his own home. With that, I relaxed and left it to their choice. It's simply perfect. I am so proud of it.
Lowes stayed with the whole project, even checking with me afterward. Even though the installation department took over, Jan kept in touch with me to see how it was going. There were no problems. Everything was done in the time frame they said. They totally cleaned up after the project leaving house and yard free of anything materials or dust.
