I hired him to do this work on an agreed amount and he only worked for a few hours and came back on two separate occasions to do a little bit of work at a time. During the short amount of time that he did work, he did not accomplish much. I had to call his house to ask him to finish the job. I told him not to burn any leaves or anything. He then raked the leaves at  night and left it. My neighbor had to poor the fire out with their hose. One day I drove up unexpectedly and saw him pouring gasoline on leaves and I advised him that I was not going to pay him the full amount because he did not do even 1/4 of the service. He then became angry so I gave him the full amount. He then ended up stealing a temperature gauge from my house. None of the work he did was satisfactory.
