When I first had a problem they looked at my fan and were able to get it working agian by reseating the electric connector. Then a few days later the fan quit altogether. I took the vehicle in and they pulled the fan and replaced it, all within an hour.

I called the shop the day before and asked to set up an appointment. They told me to bring it by first thing in the morning. I took the truck in at around 7 am got a quote for the work. They had the truck up on the rack before 8am and I was out and back to work by 9 am. (the April date is a guess on my part I am not sure it was even in April. I just know it was between Mar and Aug 2010)
