Chlorinator cell went out in September 2012.  Contact with Curry's Pool was made on/about 9-20-2012.  A return call was not given until December 2012.  Tech was not sure of the problem.  I contacted Curry's Pools again early December 2012 via phone. No return call.  I drove to their office the latter part of December to speak with Owner's son.  He was unavailable, so I left a message with receptionist.  I received no contact from Curry's Pool. Approximately three weeks later, I went back to their business and left another message with the receptionist for the owners son to call.  I never got that phone call.  While an air conditioner repairman was servicing my unit, I mentioned the trouble we were having getting Curry's Pool to service our pool.  The air tech service man was a friend of Curry's Pool owner son and called him on my behalf.  That evening while I was in Texarkana, Curry's Pool replaced the cell without calling me and letting me know he was coming to service the pool system.
