Mr. Cowan was great at thoroughly explaining every detail of the home inspection, answered all of our questions, and told us when and how to make the small repairs that need to be done.

Very Thorough Inspection
Very Thorough Report/Explanation- All issues has lengthy detail including pictures- Discussed the report line by line including possible solutions and the priority of the issues- Gave suggestions regarding preventing future issues and what to watch for
- - Walked entire attic viewing insulation, framing, roof, etc.
- - Crawled through and inspected entire crawl space under house
- - Performed regular inspection duties(electrical, plumbing, foundation, etc.)
- - Inspection lasted over 4 hours
