They were able to find the wood that I wanted and the baseboard I wanted. I was thrilled! I had lots of competitive estimates. I was very happy with Gabriel Ruiz. He reached out to me and answered all my questions, gave different methods of payment and communicated great with me. Everybody really knew what they were doing, so I was very happy! I would definitely use them again and recommend them!

Creative Flooring did a fantastic job on our home! They took great care and were able to start the job immediately. When we purchased a new faucet for our shower they even fixed the plumbing on short notice so not to delay the job. When installing the natural stone to our fire place, they were experienced and had no trouble sawing off the mantel for a clean finish. After the installation was complete we went out of town for our honeymoon, so the were not able to seal the grout. Once we were back in town, they came back at our convince to be sure the tile/grout was properly finished. We have gotten many compliments on our tile from just about everyone who walks into our home. Many people who have experience with tile installers note at how hard of a job the 6'x24' tiles we choose are to install and that Creative Flooring did a great job. We got many quotes on our flooring that included a surcharge for removing toilets, baseboards, etc. None of that was an issue with creative flooring. When we said our budget was tight they offered for us to remove the previous tile on the shower wall to save them time so we did not have to pay for their labor. They even showed us how to do it properly so not to increase costs. The Creative Flooring team was great to work with and really took our budget into consideration. Overall, we could not be happier with their work.
