Andrew Kelley, owner of Yard Barber and Intuitive Home Solutions was supposed to take down one tree. He started April 5 and after weeks of excuses will no longer answer my calls or text messages. It is May 10, 2017 today. He has damaged my property and has left a mess. He has left a four foot stump standing, knocked down part of my retaining wall, left a 10 foot section of the tree in Lake Conroe and broke 9 feet of my bulkhead. He left four large pieces of the trunk in the in the yard. He said he was bonded and insured, but will not tell me his insurance company. His excuses range from all of his workers have the flu, his blades need sharpening, it is raining where he is at, he is backlogged, his carpenter was not really a carpenter (that kept him from answering my calls for a week!) and the best was he "is waiting". After this shoddy work he made many promises to make things right, he never did. This is a warning of a rip off. I do NOT recommend!
