Horrible! Moved from my house to my house next door. Refrigerator bottom freezer door removed then they decided it didn't need to be removed and replaced it incorrectly. Later we found some small pieces of plastic in the bottom of the freezer drawer. It cost us a $300. service call to have repaired. They didn't strap our upright freezer door shut, it come open and spilled contents on ground and several cartons broke open. The whole move was a disaster. I would not recommend this mover.

Horrible! freezer door not strapped shut and flew open spilling contents and breaking several cartons of food. Door and base board gouged while moving refrigerator. They removed the refrigerators freezer door, installed it incorrectly and I found two pieces of plastic broken off inside the freezer. Had to have Sears come out to do repairs, cost me $300. There are lots of moving companies out there, save yourself the headache and find someone else.

Rick & Pauline Loyd are awesome! Rick, a veteran, is a hard worker himself and comes on the move to oversee things. He oversees, sweats and packs like everybody else. His wife Pauline is a WORKHORSE! (As the whole team is). Pauline can pack up a kitchen and breakables like nobody's business. A+++ job and work ethic. THANK YOU SO MUCH "THE MOVER" Rick Loyd. Thank you Pauline for the careful handling of my antiques and precious breakables. Hard workers, professional, efficient. Will use again if I need a mover.

Pretty well. There were a few moments of miscommunication and a few minor damages to items. But all & all very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. But we had never used movers before; so I would suggest being very organized & communicate clearly to avoid any issues.

It was a big move. They were very reliable and here before they said they would be. They were very professional and veterans which is one of the reasons we hired them. We were just very pleased with them. We have moved a lot over the years and we really like them.
