Excellent service.  From the time I entered a service request online until the problem was fixed was less than 4 hours.  Was contacted just a few minutes after I entered the service request and again a short time before their arrival.  Jimmy (company owner) and his assistant introduced themselves at the front door and were polite and professional throughout the service.  Problem was identified and quickly repaired.  In addition, I was informed that another furnace part may be failing.  There was no hardsell to replace the part at this time.
I will use this company again and can highly recommend their services.

I purchased a mobile home and had it delivered to a rental property sight. Swonke AC was called via Angies List. He gave me a quote based on my description, but id say it was subject to his in-person inspection. 
He arrived, inspected it, and honored the original quote. He was in and out within an hour, and the exterior AC compressor was fully installed and operational. 
He was professional, polite, and knew exactly what he was doing.

I just can't say enough about the terrific job Jimmy did. I contacted him by email initially and requested a quote to replace our A/C drain pan. He responded right away and after sending him pictures of the unit and the old pan he provided me with two quotes and suggested that due to the poor quality of he pictures, he go ahead and come out for a free service assessment. I agreed and sent him the address where we lived. Shortly thereafter, Jimmy replied via email that our home was not in his customary service area. Unbeknownst to me, His company was located in Montgomery, TX a good hour and half from my home in the Houston Heights. Surprisingly Jimmy agreed to come on out anyway and gave me two prices dependent on the difficulty in getting the old drain pan out. I agreed and he put us on his schedule.

Jimmie made the long trip on the day and time agreed and made the repairs in short order. Happily it turned out that the lower price was was what he charged me and I couldn't be happier at the quality of his work.

I must say that in 40 yrs of home ownership and many A/C repairs, I have never encountered a more pleasant, clean cut, and professional A/C Technician. Without question I would HGHL recommend hm to anyone needing his services. He was prompt, efficient, and did an EXCELLENT job!!! They don't make many repairmen of any trade group any better than Jimmy! Give him a call...you will NOT be sorry you did.

We are new to the area. There was a leak in the ceiling which was coming from an ac line.   After two other ac companies charged me to come over and give an estimate, then came over and tried to upsell, sell filtration systems, sell "club" plans, maintenance plans and quoting absurd prices, I finally found an honest guy who is professional and works hard and is not trying to swindle me or use scare tactics to try to get me to buy thousands of dollars worth of services.  Thank you Jimmy.  You have restored my faith that not everyone in this area is a shyster.  I would highly recommend Jimmy to anyone.  He is a small business owner trying to make a living.  He is not one of these large ac companies that send out salesmen instead of ac repair technicians.
