It was excellent with them in every way. The quality was great, the way they managed the project was great, their contractors were great. The pricing was very straight forward. I got a lot of house for the money and I got a lot of extras that I wasn't expecting. They anticipated our needs and during the walk through I didn't really have to do anything. They had already marked everything up before I had gotten here. I've been living in the home for about three weeks and they have been very attentive. It was just excellent. It went just as well as it could have. They helped us as the beginning to lay out a good budget, it wasn't just a set pricing to tell us what it was going to cost. They really found out what we wanted and then budgeted accordingly. When we looked at other home builders they may have had a lower price but when we looked at their items they didn't really leave anything for you. You know very little for landscaping, very little for front doors, very little for appliances. Sundance Builder really took the time to take a look at what we wanted and maybe their budget was a little higher than most but it included what we wanted, so the changeovers were very little compared to the others. So it was a straight forward bid and they really did work with us. They also used our floor-plans instead of using one of theirs as well. They really couldn't have done a better job for us.
