They were good. We had a boathouse built and the guy who built it recommended Spider Be Gone. It's working really well then we had trouble with it and the response was excellent. It was an A response. They came back straight away. To have the whole thing put in, it was $2500. It was a lot of money but we have a big problem with spiders. We weren't allowed to use a pesticide company because of the environment. This has really taken care of the spiders. We would use them again and we would recommend them too.
