We bought a huge fixer upper and it took us a LONG time to close on it and get financing on it. Rich helped every step of the way. He was very prompt with making sure he got anything and everything needed by the mortgage company to get the loan in place. We are almost complete with our renovation now and Rich has helped take the stress off my shoulders. Renovations included complete replacement of exterior siding, adding french doors where a window was leading to the back yard, an add on room, lots of Sheetrock repair, texture, paint, all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, filling in an abandoned well, fence replacement, new toilets, tubs, fixtures and lights throughout the home, adding gas to a home that was all electric, new water heater, garage door repairs, all new flooring, moving walls around to make space more open, building a pantry, etc. This was just about a complete gut project. I would highly recommend Rich. He knows his stuff and his crews are fantastic.

Their quote was lower than any others I received including a $5000 and $6500 estimate. They not only did the replacement but also worked on the fascia for me. He was very good about staying on the workers and cleaning up the mess. He was a very nice man. He did a beautiful job and I would use him for anything needing repaired, replaced, etc.

I had other people out who couldn't get it in. They installed the window for a reasonable price.
