Dale is very professional.  He responds quickly, gives you all the details, sets expectation.  The crew arrives when expected, cleans up nice.   It is rare to find people with good customer service and responsiveness these days so when I see that I like to use their service and give them good feedback.  

I would recommend Dale and his team any time.  I received 3 quotes.  One guy never gave me a written quote, or call back to confirm anything.  Price is in line with competition so don't bother calling others.

Perfect, will have them back in June for additional work.

I met with Dale and got a quote, he seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I had three pine trees that had fallen into a small lake.  Dale's crew quickly cut and stacked the trees into a safe burning location for me. I gave them a B  for punctuality because they were about 2 hours late arriving. They made up for it with quickness so I was satisfied. 

We have used them for 2 years.  They are excellent!

Same day the crew came out and completed the job. Very polite crew and it is very nice when the crew asked for my opinion while they are trimming. It was extremely hot that day but those men kept on working. Clean up was perfect, fast and efficient.

The  crew arrived on time and dropped the 10 trees to be removed very quickly.  Cleanup of the downed trees was quick and very thorough.  Trimmed the remaining trees to remove the lower story and remove the dead branches.  Trimmed everything away from the power and telephone wires leading to the house.  The trimming waster was chipped and removed completely.  I would certainly recommend Ranch and Home to anyone needing tree services.

Two teams of woodmen arrived along with two trucks and chippers. Trees over fences, pool and house removed without any damage. Trees trimmed neatly and sealant approved, driveway, grassy areas and woods clean as desired.

Everything went very well. I would recommend them to others. They were late getting to the job however they did not charge me for the service.

I just moved into my home and was concerned about some large trees by my house and my acre lot was getting just a small amount of sun due to all the tallow trees spead throughout.  Dale came out and walked my property with me and showed me which trees needed to be removed because they were dying and threats to fall on my home.  Dale also inspected my property for pine bark beetles and other nice insects that can kill trees.  He gave me an estimate before he left that day and he sceduled me for two days later to do my land.
Dale and his crew showed up on time and it was amazing to see them work and the yard transform before our eyes.  They removed around 60 trees and cleaned up everything before they left.  They also trimmed my trees around my house.  We are very happy with the job and I do not think it could have gone any better.

Dale is wonderfully friendly and explains things in detail. Arrived when scheduled. Crews were professional and spoke English. Cleanup was meticulous. Very happy customer. Will definitely use again.

The crew arrived as scheduled.  They took down the tree, cleaned up all the debris, and left everything in good order.  This was our second experience with this provider.  We have been pleased with their work both times and would definitely use this company again.

They came out, did the job, and cleaned the yard all within one hour.

The owner came out ahead of time and gave me an estimate and they stuck right to it, I thought it was very good, it wasn't a small amount, it was a large amount of trees. The trees looked really great. When the hurricane did come, I didn't have a lot of branches come down because they have cleaned everything up. I thought their price was a little high.

Very good.  They didn't make it the first appointment, but he did call and say they were running late.  We couldn't be here that late that night.  The owner would call and give us updates to times, etc. which was very good as far as I was concerned. 
They got in here and got out of here.  A  bunch of guys.  They cleaned up every limb!

My experience with them was good. They came out right away and looked at the backyard while we weren't at the house. He just did it on his own. I think he went out and met my husband the next day to figure out exactly what trees they were doing and moving and cutting et cetera. He had everything done within two days. He was very responsive and quick to get back to us. He did a really good job. We felt like he was very affordable.

I have 1.5 acres of land with no building in a small residential community, I had hired a company to cut down and remove about 20 trees mostly pines. Once these were cut down the company didn?t come back to finish the job. This is when I contacted Ranch & Home Tree Service I signed the contract with Dale on Thursday 2/21/2013 and on Saturday 2/23/2013 he had a team out there cutting up and removing huge logs by hand as the ground was too wet to move the trucks or trailers onto. They worked all day Saturday by hand the next weekend they were out the ground was dry enough to move the trailers and chipper out there to cut down 6 more trees and finished removing all the trees/debris and rack the area of the saw dust and smaller wood chips.
They were neat and kept the debris off the neighbors land as well as off the streets.

Extremely friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They came out and assessed our needs, made recommendations for how many trees needed to come down, and gave a very competitive quote.  The actual service was delayed due to heavy business after the drought, but when they came to take down the trees, there was a crew of workers who did the whole job in about an hour. They also recommended a great stump grinder. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Ranch & Home Tree Service on Thursday and left a message
and my call was returned on Friday.  Shortly after the call Dale was at
my home giving me an estimate.  His estimate was comparable to others I had
received & he was able to accommodate my schedule sooner.  His crew
was at my house within 2 hours.  Unfortunately the debris from my palms
filled his truck & he had to send his crew back on Saturday to
finish up.

On time with a large crew. Very efficient teamwork. Trees were removed quickly with no damage. Oaks were thinned out. Looked great. Everything cleaned up. No mess, left behind.

I recently decided to look into finding a tree service.  I asked several friends and was told to call Dale Harvey at Ranch & Home Tree Service.  I am so happy I did.  I called Dale and he came out the same day to look at my property and give me an estimate.  I have over an acre with several trees that needed attention.  We walked around the property and discussed what all I wanted done.  In addition to the tree work I wanted several new trees fertilized and some dead trees removed and also I wanted the large trees stumps ground.  He said his team would start the following Monday.      The men showed up at the time agreed on and started work immediately.  I could tell they knew what they were doing.  They started out by taking down the old, dead trees.  They climbed them like they were toys.  They brought in a huge truck and put all the dead limbs in the chipper.  They cleaned up after themselves and I even saw them raking the lawn.  The next day they worked on trimming 19 trees and mulching and fertilizing new trees that I had.  Dale called me on several occasions to coordinate the times they would arrive and they were always prompt.  He supervised the work and I saw him even sawing some of the limbs himself.   The most astonishing thing to me was no mention was made of the money we had agreed on till after the work was completed and he had checked that it was all to my satisfaction. 

I was so happy with the job I will definitely call them next fall to do some landscaping for me.   Great Job!!!!!!
