First of all, the service Morris Pest Control provides is outstanding. It was my intention to get set up with them to come quarterly and spray, etc. The reason I wanted them back is due to outstanding service. So why only a C overall rating? Here are the details:
They first came in October of 2014 to check on a possible rodent issue. At the same time they sprayed the house and I told the guy at the time I wanted to get set up on a quarterly treatment plan. He said they would call and set up the next treatment in 3 months. 3 months, no call. 4 months no call. 5 months no call. So I called them in April asking for a treatment, someone came the next day. And at the time I called I reminded them I wanted to be set up on a quarterly basis. The lady said it would be done. She said they would call to set up future treatments.
Probably 6 weeks after the treatment, someone from their office called my wife and asked if we had cancelled our scheduled treatment. Uhh....no. Told her it had been done a few weeks in the past. Then the lady from Morris asked if we paid. Uhh....yes we gave them a check on the day they were there.
So another 3 months pass and no contact. 4 months, no contact. One day I saw someone from Morris across the street, so I went and asked if he could do a treatment that day, he said he was busy that day (no problem, I fully understand that), so he took my contact details and said he would have someone contact me to set up a treatment. Still no call as of today.
So now it has been 6 months since they were last here. And no signs of bugs, which is the reason I say their service is outstanding. But on the administrative side they are WEAK. They seem to really struggle with remembering to set up appointments. So as much as I liked the guys who did the service, I will now look for another provider because getting them to come back should not be so difficult.
