I didn't charge a trip fee for the 50 mile round trip travel distance, I installed an older version of Office Professional at NO CHARGE to save you from having to purchase a newer version and waived 1/3 hour of labor for you! We always do extra to try and satisfy our clients with whatever issues there may be but find that this is sometimes not possible no matter how hard you try and what you do.
