EXTERIOR of HOME and GARAGE.....this was the only thing that was completed satisfactorily. INTERIOR DOORS and CLOSET DOORS.....the doors were painted with a brush which left a textured look. The GC (general contractor) told them to add something to the paint that would leave more of a smooth finish...but it still left brush marks. So they took ALL the doors and had them sprayed. When they returned, several of the doors still needed to be resprayed on certain panels because of scratches and areas where the paint was not applied well. JACK and JILL BATH.....quality of vanity is mid/low-grade, numerous requests to have toilet tank leveled, transition of tile to carpet for both bedrooms inadequate, inside vanity storage area was not painted same color as bathroom walls and caulking around tub was poor. Staining on vanity had to be redone due to very poor job and even then areas still had to be touched up more than once. KITCHEN CABINET DOORS/DRAWERS REFACED.....This was an absolute nightmare! When we complained about the quality of work, we were told that we were nitpicking everything and that this is the way things were done that it was acceptable. Numerous doors, drawer fronts and the styles (frame box of the cabinets) had bad runs, rough finish to the touch and you could see pit marks but yet the finish felt smooth. The GC and painter told us that this was dust/sand on the door, which meant they did not wipe the surface with a tact cloth each time before doing the next application. The set of doors above the microwave and one of the other doors had been taken with the painter so he could try to fix them at his home. We said that this quality of work was not acceptable and an argument began with yelling on both sides…the GC walked out. He then walked back in without knocking and told us that it would be best if we found another contractor, we agreed because we wanted him OUT and knew it would not be done to our satisfaction. The day after the GC quit he sent a text to my husband and gave us a proposal that if we paid our contract in full, he would do our master bath so we would not have to deal with another contractor. We thought that this was very odd coming from because he would say periodically that we did not pay the last (third) payment until we were totally satisfied! Guess he thought we were stupid and would do what he proposed! We sent NO response! He then sent another text and said he assumed that a nonresponse from us meant we did not accept his proposal. So he came over and picked up the things that were left here. The next week the GC brought someone here to walk thru our home with my husband to see the things that needed to be redone. They had to replace the doors the painter took home with new doors because the subcontractor's men did not want to return to our home to complete all of the work that was unsatisfactory and incomplete, because my husband kept watching what and how they were doing things. When all was done we told the GC that the work was complete and we were satisfied, because we wanted NO MORE to do with him!! We are having someone redo the work in the kitchen AS we requested in the first place…because they talked us into a semi-gloss finish when we initially stated more than once that we wanted a satin finish. The finish ended up actually as more of a glossy finish. The master bath was not ever started because we told the GC that until EVERYTHING had been completed satisfactorily nothing was being done on the master bath. We have heard so many times of the horrible things someone has done to a homeowner and now sadly we have become that homeowner! The contract with the General Contractor was signed on June 16, 2017. On August 22, 2017 the GC brought someone to our home to do the remaining work. He left August 25, 2017.

"I have several text messages from you about being satisfied with the work and upon completion of the job you sent a text stating you were satisfied and I do not need to do a final inspection. During the process you accused me and my workers of scratching your dishwasher that was over 5 years old. Even though I was sure my workers did not damage your dishwasher and you could not prove they did, I paid to install a brand new dishwasher. The job was complete, except for the portion of the job that pertained to your master bathroom. I had already bought all the materials for it and left them there even after we both agreed to not pursue finishing that portion of the job. Weeks after you told me you were satisfied with the quality of work on the job, you sent me a hateful message complaining about the work that was done. You never once mentioned your feeling or displeasure with any of the work anytime during the project. You never asked if I would fix anything you were unhappy with. You just stated you were unhappy after already stating you were satisfied. I would have liked to be able to come to some sort of agreement with you, however after you lied and texted me saying you had a "contact" at Lowe's who stated I was banned from ever being in the Conroe Lowe's, I did not want to have any further dealings with you."

We really enjoyed working with Bobby. He was very focused on ensuring that all out expectations were met. This was a big project and we were thankful that Bobby immediately responded to our concerns. He treats his customers like family and continues to follow up even though the work has been completed. I would highly recommend Bobby for future projects.

They did the work on time and on budget. Any additions or changes were fairly costed and they clearly wanted to please the customer. Each type of work used a special crew of people skilled in that type of work -- framing, flooring, painting, Sheetrock, etc. Would definitely use them again. Great company.

He always had his brother here when they were doing work. Anything I have concerns with, I could speak to his brother or check with him and he would take care of all the little problems. He is really nice. I would recommend him. As far as I know, the price was ok. I moved into this house 30 years ago and 2 years ago I had everything done. I probably spent close to $80000 on that work. He hired a lot of people to do the job and he has all kinds of people on his payroll.
