I called around to get a few estimates for remodeling my kitchen, It wasn't easy as my home is in Willis, which is north of Conroe and far north of Houston. I did have 4-5 companies come out, and their estimates were equal to Mr. Hollech, or way beyond what I was willing to spend. Mr. Hollech was the only company that had a granite company Final Touch Granite, a good company in their own right) come out and give him a precise estimate on granite and back splash. I wanted the original kitchen granite removed and installed in the laundry room. One company said it was impossible to reuse the granite, and one could not give me a specific cost for the new granite. I decided not to use them because of the uncertainty. Mr. Hollech has 3 full time workers who each have their own level of expertise, together they worked together to preform everything needed to get the job done. I had them build a "rolling island" as the kitchen had a strange desk in the walkway which was unusable. Now I have extra counter space or serving space. They removed a microwave over the stove and installed a stainless steel vent, and a pot filler. The pot filler involved working a new waterline upstairs to the attic, and the vent was taken up through the attic and the outside vent was placed very inconspicuously on a back slope of the house. All the appliances, sinks, and fixtures were replaced. I didn't want the cabinets changed out (for cost), and I asked for them to be refreshed so they didn't look like I had an 8 year old kitchen. His painters were amazing, they took down all the doors, sanded everything and sprayed a new varnish on everything, inside and out. The cabinets look new. In the end, there were some extra costs, but some were the fault of waiting for slow appliances, and the wrong fixtures being sent out. I would use Hollech Custom Remodeling again.

When we got his proposed budget for our kitchen remodel we told him that it was out of our budget and that we would have to step back and rethink what we wanted to do. Mr Hollech was very professional when he came to the house and was on time for the appointment.

This is a remodeling construction company so they typically have several projects going at one time. Most of the work we had done on our house wasn't what you would call a "large" project, but it wasn't small either. They were always available if you needed to talk with them and let us know if they wouldn't be on site for any reason. This company takes pride in their work, as evidenced by the end product. They work on your house as if it is their own and that is a great feeling not to worry about a contractor destroying or covering up some type of damage they may inflict on your home.
