The repairs to the drywall, electrical and paint were all completed as requested, however the a/c drain pan was never replaced and when a refund was requested for the parts and labor, the refund check I recieved was returned for insufficient funds. After many attempts to collect this money we gave up, we have been treated with contempt. We hired another contractor to fix this issue. I warn people all the time not to use this contractor.

hired Dale Faltysek to remodel part of my house, after starting the project 2-1/2 months ago he couldn't seem to get back and finish, leaving my home a total mess, every week he would lie saying "I'll be there tomorrow", also i gave him $4,000 to purchase wood flooring and he will not return my call, deliver my flooring or return my money, so I am in the process of filing suit against him. I would never use him ever again!!
