We are very happy with the service from them. Granted, they were tough to get a hold of to start service. I called the number a couple times over the span of several months and never got a reply. Once we saw them on the road and talked to them while they were at work, however, we got taken care of immediately. Everyone we have encountered from the service has been incredibly nice. So, we are about 5 months into using them and I imagine we will continue to use them forever.
Before we used them, we used a service that cost 3 times as much and didn't pick up on a schedule. I love how reliable Bailey's has proven to be.
