NIcest & friendliest man in the world, who takes his job seriously, and is evident by how hard he works, but also how he is so easy to carry on a friendly conversation with you if your interested or have the time. If not, they get right on with it. He ensures to check all potential areas of vulnerabilities, pets, children, trees, flowerbeds near foundation, other areas of entry, etc. HAd to call on a saturday for an emergency run, and he was there. No questions asked! Always! Always will call Walter!
