Excellent!! Johnny is literally “Johnny on the spot!” Super professional, super friendly, worked within our budget, very honest about products and thoroughly explained the differences between the units when we finally had to replace ours. We had a unit that was ultimately 17 years old at time of replacement but Johnny helped us get 2-3 more years out of it before we finally decided to replace it. We like to keep it very cold and in Texas heat this can be ho*** ** a unit. Johnny knew our preference and set us up with a terrific new unit that not only keeps our house nice and cold but it cut our electric bill in half and our friends/family that visit have even noticed how much better the air feels (the dehumidifying function is fantastic!!) Also, if we have any issues or concerns, I can just shoot Johnny a text and he can immediately access our system remotely and troubleshoot it right then and there. That is worth it’s weight in gold! That said, Johnny has been and will continue to be our go-to professional for anything HVAC related and we will continue to refer him to everyone we know. You cannot go wrong with Johnny and All Pros Home Services.

It was very well. They were very professional. They showed up on time. Everybody did really well. They cleaned up after themselves. They didn't leave any kind of mess. It was great.

Wonderful! We had been using window Air Conditioners for years. I had been interested in replacing with a mini split AC. My Mom found Johnny for a problem with her house (thought we had rodents in the ac ducts...he checked, found nothing and didn't charge her). I asked him to stop at our house on the way out, he sat and discussed what could be done for quite a while. I wasn't able to do it at that time, but a few months later we called him and he came out again, went over options, explained many aspects of what we could and couldn't do. He gave us an estimate later that day. Equipment I had been looking at was less expensive than what he could get and he not only encouraged us to get the less costly (higher quality) but gave me a list from that website of what I would need to order. We set up the installation date when the equipment arrived, he came with very efficient help, took care to keep the inside of the house clean and undamaged and was done in a short time. He then took the time to run me through the operation of the AC. He has been generous with his time and sharing his knowledge, he and the people he hires are professional and well trained. My house has been warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer (I can actually cook in the oven and not have the temp raise 10-20 degrees) and I haven't had mold issues in the house since he installed the machine. Every time I walk past the outdoor unit I say, "Thank you Johnny, I love my Gree!"

We highly recommend All Pro Home Services. Johnny Kerr and his team of professionals replaced our upstairs air conditioning system. They also replaced all the duct work in our whole house. The new unit is more energy efficient resulting in a lower electric bill. Our house is cooler and cleaner with the new duct work. Johnny and his team are educational, informative , courteous and tidy.
